The Reverend Constance K. Delzell, the Reverend Dr. Richard Valantasis, and parishioner Betty Luce and others from St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, a small but vibrant church with a long tradition of effective outreach ministries, founded the vision of establishing an independent, coeducational Episcopal day school to serve an increasingly diverse Denver community.

Disillusioned with the large class sizes of area public schools and with students falling between the cracks, Rev. Delzell envisioned an Episcopal school that would nurture the social and spiritual growth of children from diverse social/economic means offering small class sizes, extended day, and the marriage of visual arts, music and education.
